Use a padded box, not a plain envelope.Approve the estimate. No work starts without your OK. Then it goes back with tracking.

The mailing label includes $100 of insurance only.
Return shipping is applied on all shipments under $1,000.
The free same-day FedEx pick-up for 2 or more handpieces covers inbound shipping to us only. Return shipping terms still apply.
Evaluations and estimates are provided upon request.
If you decline an estimate, a return shipping fee applies. The fee depends on location.
Handpieces lost because a package was not packed securely are not covered or replaced.
